SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of well securing performance and mechanical strength of a solid electrolyte and further, thinning the electrolyte, in an SOFC using a gallate-group oxide electrolyte.

SOLUTION: The solid oxide fuel cell is provided with a solid electrolyte, a fuel cell and an air electrode. The solid electrolyte has a laminating structure of a support electrolyte 1 having through-holes 2 in a thickness direction and a gallate-group oxide electrolyte 3.
