RECORDING MEDIUM REPRODUCTION APPARATUS, VIEWING AND LISTENING SYSTEM OF ADVERTISING INFORMATION AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium reproduction apparatus, a viewing and listening system of advertising information and its method by which advertising information of high propaganda effect which draws user's interest can always be viewed and listened by updating advertising information recorded in recording medium.

SOLUTION: URL(uniform resource locator) information of a CM information server 5 is recorded in a DVD (digital versatile disk) 10 in addition to image/audio information of content main section. A DVD player 1 handling a DVD 10 is provided with a memory 12 for CM which stores CM information; an information reproduction section 15 for reproducing the content main section and CM information; and a CM information acquiring section 14 which control a communication section 13 so as to acquire CM information distributed from the CM information server 5 at start of reproduction of the content main section by the information reproduction section 15.
