摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise entering inner and outer circuits via power supply lines in either one of an inner power supply mode and an outer power supply mode. <P>SOLUTION: When set to the inner power supply mode, conduction pins 29a and 29b are connected and the conduction pins 29c and 29d are connected by using two short-circuit pieces 31 in a jumper circuit 29. In the jumper circuit 30, the pins are connected in the same manner. In this mode, an inner power source voltage Vp (in) is supplied to an I/O circuit and a sequencer via a noise filter 28. When se to the outer power supply mode, the conduction pins 29b and 29c are connected by using one short-circuit piece 31 in the jumper circuit 29. In the jumper circuit 30, too, the pins are connected in the same manner.
