<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the electrical bonding structure of a fiber-reinforced plastic product capable of simultaneously, electrically connecting both inner and outer layers of the plastic product for bonding without the risk of strength degradation, and also to provide its production method. <P>SOLUTION: In a drinking water tank 11 for aircraft, the shell of a hollow product is composed by laminating the inner and outer layers 4 and 5 on the inner and outer faces of a non-metallic honeycomb core 1. The inner and outer layers comprise a fiber-reinforced plastic sheet obtained by impregnating at least one layer of carbon fibers 2 (conductive material) with a matrix resin 3 comprising an insulating material such as an epoxy resin. A tubular metallic spacer 12 penetrating the inner and outer faces of the honeycomb core 1 is embedded in a part thereof, and the patch members 13a and 13b impregnated with a conductive adhesive are laminated on the spacer 12 and the inner/outer faces of the core 1. Further, there are provided the metallic studs 6a which are composed of a metal material having a nearly T-shaped cross-section and penetrate the spacer 12 and patch members 13a and 13b to penetrate the core 1 from its inner face side to the outer face side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
