PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical structure enable to exhibit an advanced optical function and being made at a low cost and also being superior in a mass productivity, and a displaying apparatus provided with the structure.

SOLUTION: A plastic film substrate 1 in this invention comprises a coloring layer 3 formed on the surface of a film 2 transparent to a light in a visible range, wherein a plurality of an aperture part 4 is formed as a matrix by selectively removed by a laser light on the coloring layer 3 and a part of the surface of the plastic film 2 is made an exposed surface 5 by these of the aperture part 4.
