PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust pressing force applied to a rolling contact part properly. SOLUTION: Pressure of oil introduced into a pressing device 14 is measured by a first oil pressure sensor 41. Pressure of oil introduced into the pressing device 14 is adjusted by adjusting valve opening pressure of a pressing force adjusting valve 29a based on opening and closing (control of a duty ratio) of a first electromagnetic opening and closing valve 18 for controlling line pressure and a second electromagnetic opening and closing valve 39 for controlling line pressure. The valve opening pressure of the pressing force adjusting valve 29a is adjusted while comparing (feedback) it with an actually measured value measured by the first oil pressure sensor 41.
