PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain resin particles which has a sharp particle size distribution and is free from the occurrence of the coalescence of the particles each other after being dispersed, regardless of a type and a molecular weight of the resin. SOLUTION: The production method for the resin particles is characterized by the followings. The production of the resin particles is carried out by using a first flow channel (P1) for passing a continuous phase (CP) and a second fine flow channels (P2) whose ends are placed in the first flow channel (P1), and which passes a dispersion phase (DP). Where the dispersion phase (DP) is a solvent solution of a resin (b1), forming solvent solution particles (B1') of the resin (b1) by discharging the dispersion phase (DP) into the flow of the continuous phase (CP), followed by removing the solvent therefrom, to obtain the liquid dispersion of the resin particles (B1) composed of the resin (b1).
