PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter for a run-flat, a pneumatic tire therewith and a manufacturing method therefor, capable of obtaining uniform weight distribution in the peripheral direction of a tire and enhancing reliability, while reducing weight by eliminating linkage components. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire 1 includes the supporter for run-flat 2 comprising a ring-shaped shell 5 supporting a tread 1A during run-flat traveling. This ring-shaped shell 5 is annularly curved and comprised of a shell body 10, where both circumferential ends 10a, 10b butt against each other, and abuts on each other by a force applied to the butting direction thereof.
