PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery case made by integrally a metal plate to a cylindrical wall part of the case body made of synthetic resin, and capable of preventing exfoliation of such a metal plate caused by temperature changes. SOLUTION: A plurality of through-holes 30 are provided at the metal plate 14, lined up at positions in a direction corresponding to the height direction of the cylindrical wall part 20 of the case body 12, and at the same time, cylindrical extension parts 32 are integrally formed, separately surrounding the respective plurality of through-holes 30 so as to be extended in a direction crossing the height direction of the cylindrical wall part 20 on a face opposite to the fixed face the metal plate 14 to the cylindrical wall part 20. Furthermore, an intrusion part 44 firmly fixed to an inner periphery face each of each cylindrical extension part 32 and each through-hole 30 by intruding into each cylindrical extension part 32 is formed from a part of the cylindrical wall part 20.
