PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer gel electrolyte and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This polymer gel electrolyte comprises: a porous membrane base material; a polymer in which a principal chain has polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, polyethylene oxide, polypropylene oxide, poly (ethylene oxide/propyrene oxide), polyphosphazene, polyvinylether or a polysiloxane structure, and a side chain has an oligoalkylene oxide structure, and which is supported on the porous membrane base material and swollen with an organic solvent; and an electrolytic salt.
