PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator which enables to manufacture a battery efficiently and has not only an excellent ion permeability and electric insulation but also high efficiency as well as high safety due to functioning as a junction of electrode/separator having strong adhesiveness between electrode sheets, and to provide a manufacturing method of the above separator and a battery using the above separator. SOLUTION: A pair of films composed of a reactive polymer 3 having a cross-linking structure and an ethylene double bond of a radical polymerization face each other in separation and while at least one of the pair of films is coated with insulating fine particles 2 by a reactive polymer and the pair of films are adhered and held with an air gap 4, the above pair of films are bonded with each other with the above insulating fine particles in between.
