PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion structure of a metal material to an aromatic polymer material, which can be stored over a long period in an adhesive layer-imparted state, and to provide a method for adhesion thereof. SOLUTION: The adhesion structure of the metal material 11 to the aromatic polymer material 12 is characterized by disposing an acid-modified styrenic elastomer layer 21 between the metal material 11 and the aromatic polymer material 12. Preferably, an acid-modified or epoxy-modified polymer layer 61 is disposed on the side of the metal material 11, and a styrenic elastomer layer 62 is disposed on the side of the aromatic polymer material 12.
