PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device where a liquid crystal display is prevented from being broken due to applying of outside force, and whose thickness is prevented from becoming thick. SOLUTION: In the mobile terminal device 30 is provided with a case 24 formed by integrally assembling a rear case 24a and a front case 24b having a display window 24c, the liquid crystal display 5 arranged in the case and a liquid crystal holder 7 housing the liquid crystal display inside, the liquid crystal display is secured to the inside of the liquid crystal holder, and an elastic body 33 is interposed between the liquid crystal holder 7 and the front case 24b to pressurize an area excepting for a section occupied by the liquid crystal display 5 to the side of the rear case 24b by the rear case 24a so as to sandwich the holder 7 between the front case and the rear case.
