PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit structure in which safety of equipment depends on a control method of a semiconductor control device. SOLUTION: The high-frequency heating device includes a high-frequency oscillation device for high frequency heating, a relay making and breaking power to the high-frequency oscillating device, a driving circuit for putting ON/OFF a driving coil of the relay, and a control part.
