PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for refreshing and error scrubbing of a dynamic memory device. SOLUTION: The method for holding data integrity stored in the dynamic memory device is equipped with; a step for determining refresh scrub access time interval of a dynamic memory device comprising a plurality of memory elements on the basis of requirements for refresh speed and error scrubbing speed of the dynamic memory device; and a step which performs an error scrubbing function for each memory element of the dynamic memory device in a cycle not exceeding scrub access time.
