PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of travel history data. SOLUTION: This travel history collection system has: a present location detection part detecting a present location; a passage speed calculation processing means calculating a passage speed when passing a road link specified on the basis of the present location; a decision criterion change processing means changing a decision criterion of the travel history data on the basis of a road situation in the prescribed road link and the passage speed; and a travel history data calculation processing means calculating the travel history data on the basis of the changed decision criterion. In that case, the decision criterion of the travel history data is changed on the basis of the road situation in the prescribed load link and the passage speed when passing the load link to improve the accuracy of the travel history data.
