PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitting type screen that enables a viewer to see through to its back side when the screen is stuck on a transparent object such as a show window and a transparent window glass or it is used as a transparent object, and that is capable of forming clear images projected thereon from a projector. SOLUTION: A light scattering layer 2 is sandwiched between transparent objects 3 such as high-molecular weight resin sheets or show window glass via an adhesive layer 5 or the like, wherein the light scattering layer 2 has forward-scattering property and contains spherical microparticles having a mean particle diameter in a certain range dispersed in a binder having a refractive index ratio in a certain range.
