PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw-shaped lid opener capable of easily positioning holding faces and having a plurality of the holding faces for lids of different outside diameter. SOLUTION: A plurality of engaging projections 8 are projected from an inner surface of an upper end part of an elastic ring-shaped part 2. A partial inner surface of the ring-shaped part below the engaging projection 8 is divided into a plurality of portions via a downward stepped part 5. A lower portion is formed in a screw-shaped lid holding face having a large inside diameter and an upper portion is formed in a screw-shaped lid holding face having a small inside diameter. Both levers 4 are spread and projected long backward outwardly in the right-to-left direction, and half-cylindrical parts 9 face front portions of the levers. When the space between the levers is narrowed, the both half cylindrical parts can form a cylinder with its undersurface opened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
