PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a waterproof property of a cap member without using an auxiliary member. SOLUTION: The cap member 51 of an internal transmission hub 30 is provided with a cap main body 70 and a first seal member 71. The cap main body 70 includes an outer cylinder part 70b having a female screw part 62a to be screwed with a cylindrical member 62 of a hub shell 46, and a side wall part 70c. The side wall part 70c has an opening part 70d through which a driving body 44 disposed on an inner peripheral side of the hub shell 46 passes, in the center, and extends radially inward from a first end part 70f outside an axial direction of the outer cylinder part 70b.
