PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure of a suspension arm. SOLUTION: A second reinforce 26 of an upward opened U-shaped cross-section is provided between an upper member 10 and a lower member 12 constituting an arm main body 2 and on a lower part of a bump stopper 22, and a contact part of an upper end of a wall plate part 26b of the second reinforce and the upper member and a stepped part of a peripheral edge of a working hole 30b of the second reinforce and a peripheral edge of a working hole 30a of the lower member is fillet-welded on each other.
