PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed point resetting memory mechanism free to certainly reset a seat on an initially set fixed point position by the simple mechanism. SOLUTION: Push-in of a fixed point memory 8 is released as a presser cam 10 separates a rear edge side 100c of a cutout 100 from a plate thickness surface of a stopper plate 8a by oscillation by spring tension when a slide lock is unlocked as a second working arm 6 pushed down an auxiliary plate 4 and a lock lever 3, the fixed point memory 8 maintains a fixed point position at a posture to direct the head end side diagonally upward by sinking the rear end side of the stopper plate 8a in a drilled hole at a specified position by spring force of a plate spring 8b, and a resetting position of the seat is regulated by the fixed point memory 8 when the presser cam 10 free to move the seat to the front indoor in position by leaving the fixed point memory 8 at the initially set fixed point position and in an oscillating state by the spring tension with resetting motion of the seat collides against a front edge side 100b of the cutout 100 on the head end side directed diagonally upward of the stopper plate 8a.
