PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely separate a pair of wheels from a road surface. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a car body connected to a tractor on one end side, a first pair of wheels provided under the car body to enable the car body to travel, a second pair of wheels provided under the car body between the other end of the car body and the first pair of wheels to enable the car body to travel, and a support leg to support the car body under the one end side of the first pair of the wheels when the car body is separated from the tractor, in which vertical length in supporting the car body is variable. The support leg is adjusted to have such length that the second pair of wheels are separated from the road surface around a support shaft of the first pair of wheels as the first pair of wheels are grounded so as to support the car body with the first pair of wheels.
