PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device for a vehicle, capable of preventing interference of a shock absorber caused by vertical strokes, and securing a degree of design freedom of a car body. SOLUTION: A swinging center 6a of a rotary member 6 is connected to a wheel side member 3 to be capable of swinging around the axial line in the vehicle length direction. An upper end of the shock absorber 7 is connected to the car body 1, and a lower end to a connection point 6b of the rotary member 6, to be capable of swinging. Both ends of a connection member 8 is connected to a connection point 6c of the rotary member 6 and a lower arm 4 to be capable of swinging. Based on rotation of the rotary member 6 following suspension strokes, the track of a lower end part of the lower end of the shock absorber 7 is varied. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
