PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the fear of the withering of wood resources or the adverse effect or the like on health while effectively reducing impact noise. SOLUTION: A metal panel 13 is interposed between a pair of kenaf boards 11 and 12 and elastic adhesive layers 14 are interposed between the respective kenaf boards 11 and 12 and the metal panel 13 so as to bond them.
