PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce roll forming parts having different cross sections regarding the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: A roll forming apparatus is equipped with a pair of rotary rolls 31, 32 arranged so as to hold a transport passage for a metal sheet, and a rotary roll 35 arranged bellow them. The pair of rotary rolls 31, 32 are movable in the horizontal direction together with their rotary shafts 31a, 32a, and the rotary roll 35 is movable in the vertical direction together with its rotary shaft 35a. When parts of the long metal sheet are transported between the pair of rotary rolls 31, 32, the pair of rotary rolls 31, 32 are moved so that the interval between the pair of rotary rolls 31, 32 is changed, while the rotary roll 35 is moved so that the metal sheet transported between the pair of rotary rolls 31, 32 is partially deformed.
