PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic material superior in adhesiveness to a substrate and with small unevenness at an interface with the substrate by providing a method for forming a minute electrically conductive pattern without a step of etching. SOLUTION: This graft polymer has a glass transition temperature of≥200°C and is formed in a pattern-like form using a polymerization initiator on the substrate having a 420 nm wavelenght light transmission of≥40% at 40μm thickness.
