PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator of a simple structure in which a bearing member can be held, while ensuring the strength of the bearing-holding member. SOLUTION: In the linear actuator 12R constituting a linear actuator device 10, when a feed screw shaft 36 inserted in the main-body housing 24 is rotated, a nut 38 screwed on the feed screw shaft 36 is put in a linear motion. A bearing 42 supporting the rear end 36A of the feed-screw shaft 36 is supported by being caught between an annular wall 118B of an end-housing 22 and a plurality of holding pins 125 provided projectingly from the rear-end face 24D of the main-body housing.
