PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomously moving cleaning device which effectively performs cleaning at the corner part of a room without bringing a main body into contact with an obstacle. SOLUTION: While the main body 1 is rotated at the corner part of a room or the like and an evading operation is performed, the air volume of discharging exhaust of a cleaning means 3 from the side face of the main body 1 by a discharge means 4 is changed (increased) and discharge is performed. Thus, by the exhaust hit to the corner part of the room and reflected and suction from the suction nozzle 3c of the main body 1, the flow of the exhaust to the suction nozzle 3c on the main body side is generated, dust is drawn to the main body side by the flow and sucked by the suction nozzle 3c, and cleaning at the corner part of the room is effectively performed.
