A rack gear for gas-gas heater which can easily replace the damaged teeth with new teeth when teeth are damaged, and can prolong the service life of respective teeth is provided. In a rack gear for rotating a gas-gas heater used in a flue gas desulfurization system of a power plant, a rack gear for the gas-gas heater comprises: a pair of brackets(10) which have radiuses of curvature and are horizontally fixed onto an outer peripheral surface of the gas-gas heater; teeth(20) which have nut parts(22) depressed into the center of both ends thereof, and a connection part(24) with a smaller diameter than a tooth body, formed on an one end thereof, such that the connection part has a thickness corresponding to that of the brackets, and which are inserted into the brackets through clamping holes(12) having a size corresponding to that of the connection part; bolts(30) clamped to the nut parts to fix the teeth to the brackets; and washers(40) coupled to clamping portions of the teeth and the bolts.
