An apparatus for forming a bus-bar for a cabinet panel is provided to exchange an upper mold and a lower mold by installing a holder of the upper mold fixed on an upper plate to be slid to a bed of the lower mold. A bed(110) is fixed on a working table of a bus-bar processor by a bracket(112). A cylinder(114) arranged on a lower part of the bed(110) is installed on a lower plate(116). A piston load of the cylinder(114) is installed on a lower surface of the bed(110). The lower plate(116) is connected to an upper plate(120) by a vertical unit(118) which penetrates the bed(110). The cylinder(114) is operated by a driving unit embedded in the working table of the bus-bar processor. The upper plate(120) and the lower plate(114) are lifted up/down by the operation of the cylinder(114). The upper molding(130) located on a lower part of the upper plate(120) is fixed by a vice(170) which is rotatably installed on the upper plate(120) around an axis pin. The lower molding(180) is installed to be slid to the bed(110).
