<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire sight seeing basic data with a small labor while protecting personal privacy by tracing the action of a tourist in a tourist resort by using an identification means carried by the tourist. <P>SOLUTION: A tourist receives wireless radio RFID 2 when entering the investigation region of a tourist resort. The attributes of the tourist such as the tourist's sex or place of residence and the types and traffic means or route of a travel can be input to the RFID 2. In this system, it is not necessary to substantially apply ID to the RFID 2, and a radio signal from a transmitter or writer 1 installed in a important place in the tourist resort is received by communication equipment, and a time and the place ID of the transmitter or writer 1 is recorded.
