<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent information communication system, an excellent information communication apparatus and an excellent information communication method, and a computer program that can properly transmit information contents requiring copyright protection on an IP network and suitably transmit and receive an AKE command for mutual authentication and key exchange (AKE) in compliance with the DTCP-IP. <P>SOLUTION: A DTCP application keeps monitoring each received AKE command by a time immediately before an end after the start of DTCP-IP authentication by using libpcap, keeps the updating of a maximum value of a TTL value, checks the maximum value of the TTL value immediately before the end of an authentication procedure, executes key exchange and completes the authentication procedure when the maximum value is 3 or below, or terminates the authentication procedure without implementing the processing of a final stage when the maximum value exceeds 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
