<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to prevent occurrence of faults, such as electrical components at a connection unit side being damaged due to large current flowing at a connector part at the detachment and attachment of the body part from and to the connection unit, without making a structure complex. <P>SOLUTION: A film scanner part 3 has terminals 70a, 70b at a connector 18a side and terminals 72a, 72b at a connector 18b side, as a terminal structure the connector parts 18a, 18b connecting a film carrier 10 and a scanner unit 60 has.
