<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of diffusing fuel introduced to an injection hole and mixing the same with air in the injection hole and accelerating atomization of fuel particle. <P>SOLUTION: This valve is provided with a valve seat 18 including an opening part 23 through which fuel passes from an upstream, a ball 17 capable of reciprocating in an axial direction in relation to the valve seat 17 and a plate member 20 provided in a downstream of the valve seat 18 and including an injection hole 1 injecting fuel to an outside.
