<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane elastic fiber providing a stretch fabric and clothes which have excellent appearance quality without causing imperfect penetration, and which can not be obtained by a conventional technique, because when the polyurethane elastic fiber is used by mixing with a polyester fiber, the polyurethane elastic fiber is dyed with a disperse dye and exhibits excellent color fastness; and to provide a fabric and a fiber product using the fiber. <P>SOLUTION: The polyurethane elastic fiber contains polyester fine particles having ≥0.1 μm and ≤60 μm average particle diameter.
