<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device protecting a driver from glare, provided with a louver for making the driver easy to drive by securing brightness of road surface, which can be installed on a hand rail or a sound shielding wall, capable of exchanging a lamp without having to remove the louver. <P>SOLUTION: On the illumination device installed on the hand rail arranged at both sides of road or the like, the louver with lateral wing, arranged at a frame part of an opening part or at a translucent cover, slanted downward with respect to the translucent cover with an angle of 3 degrees or larger and 20 degrees or smaller, is installed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
