<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize power supply to general loads even at occurrence of thunder. <P>SOLUTION: This system supplies power to them, discriminating between important loads 14A-14C where voltage ripple needs to be controlled severely and general loads 30 where voltage control is not so severe. The important loads are supplied with power from private power generation facilities 12A-12C provided in a premise transmission system, and a part of the power is also supplied to the general loads 30 provided in a commercial transmission system. When thunder is generated, it avoids the influence on the important loads, by interrupting the interconnection between the commercial transmission system and the premise transmission system by high-speed breakers 34A-34C. The premise transmission system is provided with a private power generation facility 40 for standby power, and even in cases of thundering, it starts the private power generation facility for standby power and supplies the power to the general loads via a feeder line 42. Hereby, even if the commercial transmission system and the premise transmission system are cut off due to occurrence of thunder or the like, the power from the standby power is supplied to the general loads, so the influence on the general loads can be mitigated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
