<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper taking out device capable of preventing or restraining reduction in a friction coefficient by clarifying a mechanism of reduction in the friction coefficient of a take out rubber roller. <P>SOLUTION: This paper taking out device has a rubber roller 1 taking out a paper medium P by rotating by contacting with the paper medium P, and the rubber roller 1 is formed of a rubber material negatively electrified by sliding with the paper medium P. The device also has a paper powder removing roller positively electrified by rotating by contacting with the rubber roller, and further has a rubber roller taking out paper by rotating by contacting with the paper and an electrifying means negatively electrifying the rubber roller by contacting with this rubber roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
