PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, a control program and a storage medium, in which electronic equipment can be easily controlled by use of e-mail without the need of description in a text. SOLUTION: A mail server checks, upon receipt of mail from a portable terminal, consistency of a destination address of the received mail (S21), and extracts a command and a parameter contained in the user name part of the address. A command table is retrieved for the command (S23), and a reservation DB is retrieved for the parameter to collate with a reservation ID (S25). When matching with various commands/reservation ID (S26: YES, S28: YES, S30: YES, and S32: YES) are successful, a control predetermined in the command table is executed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
