PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail device for properly processing data for storage included in an electronic mail. SOLUTION: This mail device is provided with a receiving part 11 for receiving mail information as the information of an electronic mail including data for accumlation as data to be stored in a file, an acquisition part 13 for acquiring data for accumulation from mail information to be received by the receiving part 11, a determination part 14 for determining whether or not predetermined conditions are satisfied by the data for accumulation acquired by the acquisition part 13, a file storage part 15 for storing one or more files and a data adding part 16 for adding the data for accumulation to a predetermined file stored by the file storage part 15 when it is determined that the predetermined conditions are satisfied by the data for accumulation by the determination part 14.
