PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device for the inside of a liquefied-gas storage tank by which inside conditions of the tank can be easily grasped, and occurrence situation of a roll-over phenomenon can be monitored without difficulty. SOLUTION: A plurality of thermometers 12a-12n are placed at regular intervals in the vertical direction in the inside of the liquefied-gas storage tank 11 for storing the liquefied gas. Temperatures measured by the thermometers 12a-12n are entered by a process input-processor 14. The temperature in the vertical direction of the inside of the storage tank, entered on the time series by the processor 14 is stored in a memory 15. The monitoring-screen display 16 displays on a display 17 the temperature of the liquefied-gas in the vertical directions in the inside of the storage tank 11 in such a manner that the temperatures stored on the time series in the memory 15 are allowed to correspond with the positions of the thermometers 12a-12n in the storage tank 11 and displayed as time-series changes of color.
