PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus attachment device, an adjustment tool, and an imaging device with an adjustment mechanism providing easy adjustment of an orientation of an apparatus even by one person. SOLUTION: A mount 1 is provided with a seat 6 fixed to a base part such as a ceiling or a wall, and a chassis 26 supporting a camera unit 8, and having a horizontal turning mechanism part and a vertical turning mechanism part. The adjustment tool 2 can be attached and attached with respect to the mount 1, and it can be driven by remote control. It is provided with an electric unit 25 having a radio transmission/reception part, a pan motor 16 turning the chassis 26 in a direction substantially in parallel with a face of the base part, and a tilt motor turning the chassis 26 in a direction substantially vertical to the face of the base part. The adjustment tool 2 is attached to the mount 1, and an orientation of the camera unit 8 is changed by changing an orientation of the chassis 26.
