PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive contaminated underground water removal device capable of preventing the level of underground water from lowering around a treating place and efficiently pumping up and removing contaminated underground water with time. SOLUTION: In this contaminated underground water removal device 10, the contaminated underground water F in a ground is collected to one place and pumped up to a ground 11a by a pump 22 and a lifting pipe 23, and contaminants are removed from the contaminated underground water. A water storage tank 15 is buried in the ground 11, and a water collecting pipe 20 having a plurality of small holes 20a is buried in a contaminated area E in the ground 11 on the lower side of the water storage tank 15. The water collecting pipe 20 is connected to the water storage tank 15 through a connection pipe 21. The pump 22 is disposed in the water storage tank 15 capable of storing the contaminated underground water F by a head S between the water storage tank and the level d of the underground water D in the ground 11 and pumping up the contaminated underground water F stored in the water storage tank 15 to the ground 11a through the lifting pipe 23 and removing contaminants from the contaminated underground water.
