PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bucket holder for a stable front loader lowering the center of gravity by installing a stand to the rear section of a bucket. SOLUTION: The stand (20) holding the whole surface of the bottom section of the bucket under the state, in which the whole surface is grounded, is installed to the rear section of the bucket (14) for the front loader (10). When the stand (20) is grounded and supported, the grounding surface of the stand (20) is positioned at a section near to the place of the center of gravity (G1) at an approximately center in the horizontal direction of the front loader (10) or the place holding the place (G2) of the center of gravity in the longitudinal direction of the loader by the grounding surface of the bucket (14) and the grounding surface of the stand (20) at the longitudinal place of the grounding surface.
