PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip blade of a pile capable of securely providing a high supporting force by sufficiently press-fitting the tip of the pile even into a ground with a large N value such as a hard clay and a pile having the tip blade. SOLUTION: In this tip blade 1, a downwardly convergent pyramid is formed on the lower surface of a cylindrical part 2 having an upper part connected to the tip of the pile and a square head part 3 extending downward and having a bar-like guide blade 4 is formed at the lower end center thereof. A plurality of outer blades 5, 5 formed in a plate shape are formed radially around the guide blade 4 following the side faces and the lower end face of the square head part. The lower end of the guide blade is projected from the lower edge of the outer blade downward. First cutting blades 6, 6 are disposed on the lower side and outer side of the outer blade, and second cutting blades 7, 7 are disposed on the square head part on the rear side of the rotatingly press-fitting direction along the ridges 3 between the side faces of the square head section.
