PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening device capable of having an anti-insect function and a light shielding function. SOLUTION: A drainage notch (121) for removing rain water/refuse or the like is formed in the end section of a rail (60) provided to a lower frame (111) of a frame body (101). A door sheave (1) of the lower part of a door (2) is equipped with an outer frame (3) fixed to the door (2), an inner frame (4) mounted on the outer frame (3) in a vertically movable manner, a wheel (5) mounted on the inner frame (4) in a rotatable manner, a spring (6) energizing the inner frame (4) to the direction moving below and a change-over member (7) mounted to the outer frame (3) so that it can be made to change over to a door removal inhibiting position and a door removal permissive position and that it can be held in each of the positions. A closing member (131) is provided to the change-over member (7). The closing member (131) is coated on the notch (121) from the outside in such a state that the door (2) is abutted on a vertical frame (112) of the frame body (101) and that the change-over member (7) is located in the door removal inhibiting position.
