PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrification preventive painting floor structure for reducing damage of a surface, easy in repairing when electrification preventive performance reduces, shortening a repairing period, and reducing cost, while maintaining the electrification preventive effect. SOLUTION: This electrification preventive painting floor structure is formed by applying an electrification preventive painting floor material of upper-lower two layers on a floor base 20. A solventless epoxy resin-based electrification preventive painting floor material 10 is used as a lower layer side electrification preventive painting floor material, and an aqueous epoxy resin-based electrification preventive painting floor material 12 is used as an upper layer side electrification preventive painting floor material.
