PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fully movable shoe bridge or the like capable of eliminating structural concerns for keeping the remaining deformation after the earthquake smaller without being accumulated in one direction of deformation occurring in removably support by temperature variations etc. SOLUTION: In the fully movable shoe bride 1 constituted of a bridge girder 2, two end section piers (abutments) 3A and 3B supporting the bridge girder 2 and piers 4 and interposed sliding support devices 5A to 5C in all fulcrums among the bridge girder 2, the abutments 3A and 3B and the piers 4, and only when a horizontal force exceeding a predetermined magnitude or acceleration in the horizontal direction is added to at least one fulcrum, a fixing means 6 making possible a relative movement among the abutments 3A and 3B, the piers 4 and the bridge girder 2 is provided. The fixing means 6 can be used as a damper in the case of a trigger device or a small scaled bridge, and it is made to function to the acceleration or the like in the direction of the bridge axis of the bridge 2 or an optional direction in the horizontal plane.
