PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door meeting structure easily reducing construction, and superior in functionality. SOLUTION: A base member 1 is fixed to a door edge part. The base member has locking projections 4 and 5 in both left and right side parts. A cover member having a hooking projection in both left and right side parts is fitted to and installed on the base member by locking the hooking projections on the locking projections. The cover member also has a soft tongue piece entering all the way into the inside in one side part. The tongue piece is arranged by entering all the way into the reverse surface side of an outwardly projecting part from the door edge part of the base member by installing the cover member on the base member.
