PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foamed wallpaper excellent in scratch resistance and suppressed in curl development. SOLUTION: The foamed wallpaper is such that a paper substrate is laminated with a foamed resin layer and a nonfoamed resin layer in this order, wherein (1) the foamed resin layer is a layer formed by foaming a foaming agent-containing resin layer and (2) the nonfoamed resin layer comprises an ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer resin and a hydrogenated petroleum resin, wherein the content of the hydrogenated petroleum resin in the nonfoamed resin layer is 5-30 wt.%.
